More Parts!
Meth injection kit came in.
The correct fuel rails came in
S106Banger came over last night to test fit the manifolds and crossover. Im going to have to replace my acc brackets since the Kwik performance ones are so different than the holley ones that he built them with. So if anyone wants to buy my Kwik Performance acc brackets let me know. Also going to do the jeep steering shaft mod to gain more room.

Grabbed a 96 Jeep Grand Cherokee shaft because I could get a 88-93 cherokee one. The reg cherokees have the fatter shaft with them, while the grand cherokee you must remove the upper shaft from the stock steering shaft and slide it over the grand cherokee one.
Grand Cherokee on top and stock on bottom. You can see how much thicker the stock shaft is which takes up header room
Jeep shaft cut to length and factory upper ready to slide over and welded.
Test fit
Finished product
Got my hotside done by Big 3 Racing and more specifically s106banger who did all the fab work. All 304 SS. 2.25" crossover.

Wrapped the crossover last night
Worked on getting the GN sensor to work which wasnt hard.
Looked in my wiring diagrams and it called for the "E" pin thats tan to be the iat signal wire. So one lead of the new iat harness went in that pin. Which happened to be in the last pin of the 5 wire connector. The other lead for the new iat goes to either pin with the black wire for ground.
No sensor connected
Temporarily pinned in
Or
BAM!
Little hot air action

Picked up Holley brackets since thats what my manifolds and crossover was built with.
Tooks a bunch of grinding to get my pump to fit since it called for a corvette specific pump and mines just a general type 2 pump. But its on and fits. Need to cut a hole in the back side of the bracket to run the return line to.
Got the cold side all fabbed up, Have to get it tacked up and make sure it still fits then get it finish welded with the iat bung meth bungs and BOV
Finally worked on the pillar pods some more and its almost ready for some primer. All fiberglassed.

Well just so happens that HPtuners doesnt support 3 bar speed density os upgrades on my '10 Colorado OS so talking with S106banger and Big 3 where he works. I will be keeping the MAF but moving it downstream so it can be before the seperate IAT and Meth nozzles. This makes me have to put the BOV on the other side of the intercooler between the turbo and the intercooler. Just another hurdle because of the vvt and the os running it.
