Ok, so say I get the hp efi for lets say $1600. What else will I need to get with it?
2 bar gm map sensor?
IAC sensor?
how do you tune the holly setup?? handheld tuner??? Do you have to adjust tables like microsquirt?
Anyone have any 80lb injectors they wanna trade for some brand new 60#ers?

Updated: Advice Needed
Ok Fellas, updated post:
I finished up the 70 LS1 Swap, turned out pretty good.
Now I am on to my 69 that I had planned on putting a 60K mile 5.3 in but i broke the balancer bolt off in the crank shaft, so now it's got my 130k mile 6.0 in it. I need your guys thoughts on a couple things, here's what I currently have done:
1969 SS Camaro
fresh 12 bolt posi w/ 3:73, welded axel tubes, bigger axels.
beefed up driveshaft and u joints
2004 LQ4
stock 317's with fresh valve job
LS6 243 .550 valve springs
trunion upgraded stock rockers
04 LS6 5308 Camshaft
trick flow 7.425 pushrods
ARP head bolts
LQ9 Headgaskets
Melling 10296 oil pump
Holley 550-602 HP Efi
LS1 intake manfold, stock tb
60# injectors
LS2 timing chain
Stock t56
Stock clutch
I need advice on whether or not my 76mm On3 turbo is going to work for this motor. I have been told that it will be too small for my displacement and will make a bunch of noise but no power. My HP goal is 500-600 to the rear wheels and daily driver compatible.
I will be making my own turbo manifolds out of stock ls manifolds, probably a stock LS1 f-body drivers side for pas side up and forward, and a trailblazer ss passenger side down and forward(drivers side) because it has to go under my remote power steering pump pulley.
I also need advice on what turbo parts would be a good fit for my build:
Intercooler
hotside and coldside piping diameter
wastegate
bov
what clutch to run
build or don't build trans now?
anything else i might be forgetting?? thanks fellas.
here is the car as it sits now.
'69 ran 9.10 @ 82 mph in 8th mile on NItto Invo street tires at Sturgis SD Speedway the last weekend of June 2015.

500-600hp that ON3 will be fine. Its a real good starter turbo. With those LS6 valve springs you dont want alot of turbo anyway. Throw that ON3 on there and upgrade springs, injectors and turbo later down the road.

any suggestions on intercooler size? bov and wastegate?

Been a while but gaining ground
So, long story short, had to pull off my car for a while to finish another one. Also had our first kid, so car working time has been limited, BUT, needless to say, I'm rolling again.
Since my last couple posts, I've been stock piling parts for my build, and I'm getting pretty close to where I am starting to work on it. I pulled the old girl in the shop and drained the coolant, pulled the hoses, battery, etc. Dropped the exhaust, pulled the manifolds and started cutting. The passenger side wasn't so bad, got it finished in about 2 hours. The driverside manifold turned out to be a real B*tch and took me two full nights :-) Needless to say, I've done a ton of google searching and can't seem to find anyone that is using stock manifolds and has power steering in a 69. Maybe my Dirty Dingo mounts have the motor so low that's why it was difficult. Regardless, I had to skinny up the drivers side manifold really bad, but, after reading the new issue of Hotrod Mag about banging up your headers, I'm not worried. Here's some pics of tonights progress.
Very start to hotside, just had manifolds bolted up
Passenger side
passenger side clearance
driverside clearaance
tight fit around the power steering box
clearance
drivers side manifold
passenger side manifold
before they are sand blasted, painted and wrapped.
I have since gotten my intercooler and bov. My wastegate, new fuel rails, fuel regulator will be here this week. I've got a pile of mandrel bend pipe from Columbia River mandrel sitting her, so as soon as I get my reducers made, from 2.5(out of the manifolds) to 2.25 for hotside, I'll start fabbing it up.
I'm not sure if my stock 69 radiator is gonna cool the car with the 3" intercooler in front of it, but we will burn that bridge when we get there. All in all, feels good to be back in the ship tinkering.
I'm on the lookout for a tick speed bleeder, tick master cylinder, and a good recommendation for a clutch that is gonna hold the power. Thanks for your imput in advance!

not as of right now
not at the moment, I've just got to find the time to tinker with a newborn and working. I'll get some more done on it this week and get some pics put up. Sick car tho!

does it matter if my hotside crossover piping is different lengths?
I got my turbo mounted last night and started working on my hotside piping, does it matter if my hotside pipes are different lengths into my merge? My passenger side will only be 2 ft long, the drivers side will be more like 6-8 ft. Anyone know?

sure thing
no problem, i though about milling the flanges down 15 degrees or so to save on how much I had to take out, but we will see what happens, if it works or not. who knows.

Right, I just couldn't give up my power steering, this car is so fun to whip around the autocross corse.
I got my hotside all tacked up last night late. I will get pics posted later, not the prettiest merge I've ever seen, but I think it will get the job done.

It will be fine. I did that to my manifold over 2 years ago when I did my swap the 1st time. 2500 hard miles and 700ish whp later it's still working just fine. If you need more info on it I have a build thread on my nova on here as well. Looks good man keep at it!
