Default PT3000 A2W intercooler question

Just a real quick question for those with experience this is my first large A2W set-up w/o a heat exchanger (5 gall ice tank instead)

Was just wondering if it matter how the inlet/outlet for water supply are situated.

Is it best to have them vertically mounted like this:

Or horizontal like this:

Does not matter. Just use big lines like the intercooler should have on it. My 3k uses -20.

Like stated above, just make sure the flow's there to get lots of volume of water moving through it. Sweet build, got a build thread somewhere?

Sounds good the guy i bought the A2W and tank from gave me some -20 fittings and i believe the tank had 1 or 1-1/4" NPT's on it that should be enough w/ the Rule 2000 pump inside correct?

Also sorry if it's confusing but the black 5gall tank you see is the fuel cell the water tank will be placed about 15-20 ft from the A2W in back between the tubs here:

should be ok with that pump, looks like a short run. But if it runs into an issue, you can switch it out for the bigger ones.

Switch to the Rule 3700(14a) and a larger water tank.

Thanks for the suggestion i'm actually consdering selling this set-up to go straight M1 now after many people had suggested since it's a dedicated drag car......less weight and simplfied plumbing is a nice bonus as well
