We stock smaller pulleys for the Radix system. Some customers are running 8-9# without any problems but that's as far as I would go with a stock bottom end. We're doing some work with one of the major magazines. They will be trying a smaller pulley to get about 10#. It should run pretty good if they don't get any belt slippage.

Ran 7 for a while motor ran fine..... upped th eboost to 11 on a stock bottom end and finally blew a head gasket and took a chunk of the block with it.... if that wouldnt of went then 5 of the 8 pistons would of let go in the next 100 miles or so. Do a search under my name you will see them.....

I would say 5-7lbs is safe...not sure I would press my luck any higher then that.
Amacgt, Alky/meth injection is a whole different ballgame then just a standard IC. What are you runnning without the alky/meth injection and pump gas?? Also your running a turbo, which is going to be different then a blower system.
