I'd like to see pictures of the 3.5" exhaust. Whether it be before/after install pics.

Coming along nicely and surely will be a killer build when you get it all buttoned up.

Is that a special order catback from SW or is that something custom you had put together?

I ordered it from WS6store.com and it's actually on sale.

I can't believe more guys aren't running this setup, especially with all the high hp guys. Not everyone wants to deal with cutouts, so this is a better flowing system that bolts in like a factory catback.

I never knew this exhaust existed until you posted you had one on order.

Did you modify your Y-Pipe so it's 3.5" from the Y right through the catback, or did you utilize the reduced section?

For now, I haven't modified it, but I may.

That's awesome. Thanks for sharing that. I really want to hear more videos of it. I have always wanted a bigger catback but having a trans am means it needs dual tips.

I got the exhaust hung tonight, then changed the plug/harness for the exciter wire and it was already 9pm and the kids were in bed, oh and a dead battery. So it's on the charger, and tomorrow I need to put in the fan, but will take it for a quick spin. I'll grab the gopro and take some video.

That's the issue I'm working on now. I notched the bottom of the radiator tray, and installed the truck hat and the radiator fan shroud. Well, the hat was pressing against the shroud, so as the motor moved, it was shaking the entire car. I plan to cut a hole in the shroud and trim back the hat about 1/4-3/8".

I'm also glad I didn't install the new belt yet either. I had put the two shims behind the blower pulley just like I did on my D1SC, but it pulled the belt towards the block and ate up the first 2 ribs of the belt.

It's the little things that need to be done now. After a rough day yesterday with not being able to keep it running, today was a great day. For the first time in almost 7 months, I drove the car off the lift and around the block.

I was able to wash it today as well..... great day.

Holley 90mm. I guess I could step up to a 102 or 103mm, but I doubt I'd see any difference.

I run the same cat back like we Msged about before you will really like it, I also like the option of being able to dump it out the y before the muffler if you choose to at some times and the fit is really nice and tight. I had my 3 inch y pipe stretched to make it slip fit into the 3.5 worked perfect. Awesome project really like your car good job !!
