qa1 front springs, v6 rear springs, qa1 shocks.
car sits pretty level about an inch gap above the tire with my normal wheels on it.
when you put the skinnies way out there it lenghthens the lever arm so it compresses the shock more/makes the car sit lower at the same weight.

Was the track slick or just having problems getting the car to hook? Someone told me a while back that they had better traction off the line if they didnt roll the burnout out, jus cooked em and then just pulled forward... if you get what I mean, that may be totally confusing *shrug*

Nice work.

The car DOES seem to orient itself quickly, even if your 60' is not great.
Hopefully you'll figure it out!

Nice, after watching it a couple times all the text on my computer looks like its on a 45 degree angle though I think a good set of real slicks will help you a lot..

malicious, i know what you mean and i can certainly give it a shot.. im open to any suggestions..

maybe the tires are just old.. but i've thrown lots of adjustments on the car etc. and it still seems to just overpower them... even if i bog it off the line they start spinning about 20' out.

i see people do that every now and then and i don't get it. if you just stop the burnout and let the tires sit then pull forward you'll have water on them. the point of powering out of the box is to avoid that problem..

Hehe got the first confused one
Pull into box, spin tires once over to get them wet, pull out to front of box where tires are OUT of the water.... Light em up and get em good and hot and instead of letting off the brake and continuing to cook the tires while moving forward, get em hot and then just ease forward. Certainly NOT leave water on the tires
