the car sits about 3/4" lowe with those front tires on than my vette wheels.. with the front lowered about 1" i have not hit a thing yet... however i have to be careful when i have the drag front wheels on.

right when i got the car back, it was lowered 2" and i did catch a few things here and there at high speeds.. bumps on overpasses/train tracks etc. that the suspension doesnt have time to react to.

Dave, are you babying it out of the hole?

And what's with the two-step sounding sputter on the highway? I heard that on the first run on the track as well. Is that something with DFI causing that?

hoosier says i should go with a stiff sidewall because i have a heavy car and a manual, however this guy harlan i heard about was cutting 1.4's with a soft sidewall and manual with a turbo.

i researced this and came up with no clear descision.
