Wiseco Or Diamond pistons?

I would highly recommend talking to your machinist about balancing your rotating assembly. I would also highly recommend at least a .200" tool steel pin and thicker would be better. I would ask him about the advantages of the wiseco's shorter pin design which will come into play on the balancing. 408's are hard on piston skirts and cylinder walls. The ring pack as well as the pistons will be happier with a shorter stroke. I'm an E85 nut swinger, if its available within any reasonable distance I would upgrade the fuel system and run corn with 10.5-11.5 to 1 compression.
