shoot me a PM or email, and we'll get you setup with some turbonetics.

as mentioned in this thread, they are a proven unit. they are bulletproof, and have a great warranty. turbonetics makes some nice stuff, especially in the sizes you are looking for. you will make a ton of power and have a good reliable turbo that wont fail on you.

I know they are a little bit more than you want to spend (based on your questions, and that's ok!) but they are worth every penny.

I should add that I don't have any input on the CXracing turbos as I have never held one in my hands, so I cant say if they are or aren't any good.

Have to be on crack to spend 800+ dollars for a on3 Turbo when a s300 is under 600

If my budget was any bigger I would have gone with a set of tnetics or some bw s300s

I'm having good luck with the cx turbos but they're not in the same ballpark as a quality turbo like the ones above

Not that I would but would like to hear you thoughts?

The only On3's that cost $800 were ceramic bearing with billet impeller.

The comparable journal bearings are around $300.

I am soliciting opinions, but would like to get educated on the why's.

Thanks for your response. I would love a set of Turbonetics, but they seem to be out of my budget, especially buying two of them. I will confirm with you however.

The general opinion you're going to get from most guys is to save up for good turbo(s) Yeah you might be able to get by with a cheap ON3 or such turbo but what if it fails? Then you're *** out. Buy a decent turbo like turbontetics with a great warranty and customer service, You wont regret it.

From my experience with the low end china turbos on hondas is they do fine until you really start cranking up the boost above 14psi. After that there life span is greatly reduced. That being said I picked up 2 of them for a 6.0, ones I went with are just a little larger then the ones you posted a link to.
