Some e85 boost ?s
Manufacturers like to toss out high flow numbers to get your attention, like "this pump supports 2000hp". Yes it does, at 8psi for a carb setup in the lab, but what does it flow at 75psi in the car when voltage is down to 13V? How many vendors/manufacturers publish flow charts for their pumps?
Sorry, one of my pet peeves. Carry on.
What those guys said
My tuner said he's had pretty good luck at the base pressure its at with setups similar to mine
Dual 340s and 84lb injectors, not so much pressure that the pumps start to fall off,but enough to keep up with the smallish injectors
I think there rated at 43psi so they're just a little bigger than the popular Siemens 80s
I probably won't turn mine up much more than it is, pretty happy with the fuel system for not having spent too much
I am having trouble understanding the question I guess. I think what you are meaning to say is, if you target the 11.5 (gas scale) afr for your e85 setup, you will also have e85's stoich ratio of 9.77 programmed in you ECU also, so yes, when you get into WOT higher boost areas, you will see that the duty cycle has gone up by quite a bit. I also like to keep an eye on the fuel pressure at least at first, so you can see if you are running out of pump.

But wouldn't i actually be getting 6.5 under boost conditions If i using an 11.5 afr scale?
Should I set base around 75? Keep in mind im running a single 044. If my DC gets outta control ill add another in parallel.

Also you absolutely will not have enough fuel flow to raise your base pressure. You need more pump.
Well, i ran outta pump like you said i would. I tried some e85 and watched DC under wot and hit 100% almost instantly. So, gotta redo fuel system. since im a non oe efi car. (70 Chevelle) Im gonna add another 044 to my sumped tank or do a surge tank setup.
Like this to 2 044s......
Or this......
