That turbo seems to be kick *** cant wait to see you really lean on it and do you think adding a rising rate fpr would help cause you seem to have plenty of pump now

Matt, I haven't done the math but with 50% gasoline I would think you would pick up quite a bit of flow, with supposedly the same detonation resistance. That might be something interesting to try when you run your fuel level down far enough to pump some gasoline in there.

yeah i dont think enough though, im tired of working hard for 50whp
i think ill just get some retarded injectors and see whats up

also the in tank pumps flow falls off like a rock over 60psi so using a 1:1 setup and slamming tons of fuel pressure in is worse than leaving them locked

if it had a 4303 or some big dog fuel pump that doesnt give a **** it would work, as we have seen many times with 1000+whp 80lb injector cars

matt how do those pumps fair to a aem 380. ?

we have a few turbo 6.0 s running and we have had excellent luck with a aem 380l pump and e85 . if the system is setup right. we can run up to 15# boost on e85 and hold a 10.8 to 11.1 afr on a gas scale. with a single aem 380 pump. 80# deks's and a stock return style fuel reg. set at 58 psi with the vac/boost line hooked up.

I was running a 044 and stepped up to the 380 due to the better flow at high pressures.these flow 380 at 43 psi and still flow like 300 at 120psi.

cool video any more hp to be had if it diddnt spin?

it was spinning then hooking up so it wasnt far off

the aem inline is a beast and does better at higher pressure

Thanks for the great info...What was total fuel pressure when you started to lean out?

May give E50 a shot. It's been proven to have basically the same knock resistance as E85 and will allow the injectors to go much farther...

Matt can you use low impedance with your engine management system? If you can, holley 160's is what I'd go with.

In a real world test not done by the manifacturer, they seem to rock pretty hard even at higher pressures?

That is a fantastic article. I like how they tested dB level and the graph with the calculated metric Flow/Dollar.

I agree!

Between this, and the testing super street did, all fuel pump questions can be answered with google.

x2 or even E85 for $2 a gallon. Be interesting to compare to OEM S480 that's tapped out at 24PSI at low 10xx whp. Billet reaches out to 29PSI at 12xx whp.

Their flow vs $ chart doesnt make sense. The Bosch clone pumps are $30 shipped. Flow VS $ they blow everything out of the water and draw less amps. 3 of them would be $90 and flow enough fuel for 1250hp on e85 by their numbers.

That dyno was with E85, maxing out the 80's. He needs lower ethanol content (or race gas) and/or larger injectors. His pumps and wiring should be able to hang no prob now.
