Ok, I think I found the problem. I took the whole bracket off to check everything and found out they gave me (2) 2.5" standoffs and (1) 2.4" standoff. I was using both 2.5"(Thought they were all the same size).
Since I have an auto, I was suppose to use the 2.4" on the lower standoff. (Missed that in the instructions. Opps)
But I have two standoffs for the stock idler pulley. One is longer than the other. Any idea which on to use? Otherwise I will eyeball the best I can.

I saw 6-7# when it shifted @ 6800. That is why I wanted to shift early so I can keep it closer to 5#. Till I get my 6.0L heads.
But it ran great. No KR at all.

With my 422 and Heads/Cam/Headers I was seeing about 4~5 #'s at about 6400 RPMs with the 4.10 pulley.
I've done so many different combinations now, things are starting to blur.
I should keep a journal.
