I am back in another C5, of course with a blower

Got some work done last night. Driverside manifold and cat installed, passenger side being a little trying with the O2 location and the SFI bellhousing and the starter location. I will work through it.
Studs installed:
If you ever wanted a cheap O2 plug, $2.79 at the auto parts store.
Like a glove.
Cleaned up the wiring and the trans cooler lines.
Driver side hung and done.
Ordered a vacuum manifold and a set of 2.5" v-bands thanks to my homie Jamie for the suggestion for hanging the exhaust.

Yes those are OEM Ti mufflers.

Someone had asked for a clip of the C6Z manifolds with headers and the stock Ti mufflers.
Here is my last FRC with them:
And here is the new car with the TSP catted headers and and the stock Ti mufflers. I am looking forward to see how the new setup sounds.

Got the 2.5" V-bands for the exhaust with a quickness, nice quality for $15 each.
Worked through the kinks of the exhaust and got everything installed.
Picked up these 3" to 2.5" transitions to mate to the factory mufflers.
Buttoned up the topside minus the alternator and some other wiring.
Moving on into the interior......

Worked late into the night and got a significant portion done. I will say it is alive.
This was the transmission controller wiring underneath the passenger seat:
This is what I did. Everything was cut trimmed and loomed, then tucked in properly.
Got the ALKY control and vacuum block all finished up and tied back.
Also the replacement cradle from ECS arrived:
Called it quits about then:
Headed to fab work next week.

Got the tires mounted and balanced today. We have been busy at work so played catch up from a long weekend yesterday.
They are beefy.
Sat the car back down on all 4s as well. Damn it's dirty.
Picked up a fresh set of plugs and wires as well and threw them on. The shorter ls3 wires I had just didn't fit well and I wanted to use my header boots.
Also finished up all the interior wiring and put the interior all back together so it looks like a car again. I will snap some pics tomorrow.

All that is left is the fab work, spindles and welds, tuning and alignment. I have a couple cosmetic things to do one being the removal of the clear bra mess and then a full polish. My body guy is fixing a hole in the lower rear bumper now.
