Default Intake to TB seal? (pics)

Hey guys, I'm buttoning up my long boosted build on my C5 and I noticed last night there is no way to seal the LS2 throttle body to my Holley hi-ram intake?
Obviously this would be a huge boost leak?
Let me know what everyone is doing to seal this - Thanks!

So, all bolted together, there is that much gap between the intake and TB??

Make a longer intake tube that is leading into the front of the TB then you can shift the TB back. Get a sheet of gasket material and trace/cut one out by hand.

lol no I have the intake slid back - there is no gap when bolted up but still no seal. After looking at Holley's instructions I need gasket 508-20 it looks like.

I was gonna say....given these motors and what people do to them, slim chance you were doing something "custom" in which case a part didn't already exist.

You boosted your motor and got hung up on a simple gasket issue?? I hope your motor stays together LOL

Just use a little bit of sealer, it'll be fine.

Agreed. Grey sealer works really well for this.

I've always cut my own out of gasket paper

the holley intakes come with a gasket you can use. A friend of mine cuts a groove in the back of the TBs to put a round gasket in them, but yours has holes in it for some reason.
