Default what to expect s10 6.0 s400

I'm nearly done my s10 ls conversion and I'd like to know what to expect power and et to be. I guess I'm looking for a reasonable goal to attain.

1998 s10 single cab.
6.2 10:1 iron block. Forged crank, rods and Pistons.
862 heads cleaned up. Ls9 gaskets. BT valve springs.
Head are full rollar.
Comp stage 3 turbo cam.
holly intake with custom hat. Big t body.
Custom turbo kit BW s400 T6 75mm 1.32AR turbo 45mm waste gate.
Large front mount 4" intercooler
Razor Alky kit 80# injectors. Twin 360lph intank pumps. Return style fuel system. Areomotive rails.
4" down pipe Borla xr1 4" muffler dumped at the rear axle.
4l80 trans 3600 stall converter.
10 bolt 8/12 rear w/locker 3.08 gears caltracs.
275 nittos on the back skinnys in the front.
Drag shocks front and rear.
Everything is new !

I just started it up on HP TUNERS. ITS RUNNING!! But I haven't put any miles on it.

It's out for paint now then street tuning then dyno.

What's your predictions. This is my first turbo ls build. I'd like some feedback.

Nice build. What are the specs on the turbo? How much boost do you plan on running? What are you running for fuel?

You have got to give more details. How you mounted the intercooler, whose radiator, any kind of locker in the 8.5?, make your own motor mounts?,did you make your own exhaust manifolds?, how you routed the down pipe and the rest of the exhaust out the back etc. With pics btw. Thanks.

You are kidding right?
:-)
Surely you have read a few posts and combos here.

I'll just say you can expect a bad *** S10 if everything works correctly.

He had a pretty close set up. Your gears will be too much to get everything out of it but you should definitely boogie. Truck looks good and love the manifold!

I have !! I haven't really seen to many with a 4l80 in it. I was shooting for an 8 sec truck! I realize the switch to e85 or race gas will be necessary to attempt this. But this isn'the turbo I wanted to run. Plans were for a s480 batmo wheel upgrade. I got the s400 turbo for free so I stuck it in there to see what it will make . My goal was to break 1000 hp
Im not so sure this will happen with the 75mm turbo currently installed.

If the truck is light enough, 8's are within reach with that turbo.
It won't happen first pass, it will take tuning and rubbing on it.
I highly doubt it will need 1000 rwhp to get there.
Nice job.
RU tuning yourself?
Keep us posted.

I will be tuning it myself. Ive purchased Hp tuners pro. I was able to figure out how to do a segment swap and get the engine and trans working. I have a pretty good base map to work with from a friend that had a 5.3 turbo. Im a pretty fair tuner ive just never used hp tuners before! I run Big Stuff 3 in my Syclone And Typhoon so its a bit of a learning curve operating the software. Big stuff is a lot easier.

What all did you have to do to make the 5.3 fit in the s10? DOD you use a swap kit? Or will a 5.3 bolt right up with just different motor mounts?
