we fattened it up but it didnt make any real difference.
im using a br7 plug
the coldest resisted plug i can realistically run is a br7, i think brisk makes a resisted 8 plug but theyre ridiculously expensive.
the tuner didnt think using meth was any more beneficial than just putting an intercooler on.
harder to light, increased complexity, and another potential failure point
i cant leave it turned down all year for fear of hurting it...lol
it was still over a hundred degrees above ambient temp at 14 lbs
i have a non intercooled turbo silverado that has been beat to death over the last year. zero issues pegging the iat and just letting it eat. pull zero degrees of timing for iat and its been fine at probably 700 hp for a while.
cobra just isnt happy there
i have too much time and money invested in it now to try something out that will potentially hurt it when putting an ic on was fairly easy and cheap

Havent updated here a little while
been back to the track a handful of times trying to get this new setup dialed in.
went to a local 1/8th mile track and tried to get it to leave hard without just pouring a bunch of boost up top to try and run a number
didnt adjust the boost up top all night, just the ramp rate and launch settings
ended up running a 5.53 at 129 pedaling a big wheelie on only 18 lbs
looks like the new combo is making some serious steam, just need to make it work again

9 Second Club
iTrader: (2)
yes we are getting 2800 no boost and that just wont get the s476r rolling. swapped to a 80/83 billit borg and it will get 9 psi boost in about 6 seconds.
now do wee try the 83 wheel or loosen the stall to light the 76/92?
we have been logging it and it will not get over 2800 rpm without boost. so 29 degrees timing and 12.8 or so afr wot will get us 2800 rpm with a 6.0 ls2 with ljms stage 2 and 10.5 to 1 . so I call it 2800 stall.
converter is a coan 258 mm stalled by ptc.
