Anyone used these or have feedback vs. the Bosch 044? They claim 90GPH @ 73psi

Yup use them all the time, got burned on to many fake 044's. I just put 2 in a car going on E98 next year hoping to make 1000hp on E. Probably have installed 6 or so with no issues.

These things claim to flow 90GPH at 73 PSI two should be good enough for 1000 on the corn. 1400 would def take 3 though.

Lol my boy and me installed the dual aem 320 pumps into his 03 terminator. Tuned for e85. Pumps are great they make a huge difference. From 91 to e85 going hard beating on it once a week!

Looks to be a nice pump. Not bad on price either.
AEM says pump life is diminished with alcohol fuels. Doesn't say why or how much.

I'd think would be great for a street strip car that isn't daily driven..... Like mine. 😊

My Holley works great, but I'm at its limits now.

I spoke with few pump makers. All the internal inline pumps have copper commutator's and windings in them. Ethanol and copper don't get along. The only true compatible pumps would need to isolate the electric motor.... Or so I've been told.

That's what I've heard too. I don't know about the 4303's though. I called and both of the guys I talked to didn't have a clue what they where talking about.

One of the guys on the Vette forum used them and quickly had one burn out on e85.

I use the intank e85 aem pumps on my e85 build and have no issues.

But it's more of a hassle to get them to work Compared to inline stuff.

What about the likes of the Walbro 450 that they claim is E85 compatible ?

@oscs, is it internal or external you need ?

If the 450 genuinely can handle E85, why not a pair of them ?

If your tank is designed for external, there are swirl tanks that can run internal pumps ( or have one custom made )

I'd like to know what is different about pumps that are ethanol compatible.

There aren't many other metals that can be used for the windings. That we can afford anyway.

My Holley is E85 safe.

Then making use of the above type of thing would allow you to use 2 internal pumps, albeit with a 3rd lift pump.

we just used a summit 380 pump on my brothers Silverado they claim 380l at 43 psi.

we had it inline with the stock pump and it worked fine to 10# boost. but whould run out after that so now we changed it to running just the 380 from a beans performance sump kit and it pumps so much more now that the return line is a restriction and keeps the fuel pressure at 80psi at idle. once that is fixed it should be pretty stout.

what do you guys think one of these will support on e85?hoping it will support 15# boost on an lq4 with a 78/75 on3 turbo.
