-LS1 (less than 2k miles), LS6 intake, 85mm TB
----Cam and springs : Adv Dur 275/277 Lobe Sep. 110
----Duration: 222° Int / 224° Exh. @ .050'' Lift

-BTE glide w/ TB and 3800 converter--likely needs to be tightened and PG rebuilt
- Holley XFI 2.0 with painless wiring
-Suspension: single adjustable front and rear shocks, upgraded BMR k-member, BMR panhard bar
The car already has several upgrades to it that will save some me some time and $$$ from not having to add them myself. Now the bad--the car was used for drag only, but then converted to a street vehicle. Since this swap, the previous owner wasnt able to get the car tuned properly for street driving--supposedly its an issue with the air idle control valve/motor. Seems to be a common issue with xfi systems if you unplug the IAC with ignition ON. So the XFI needs to be sent in and flashed. The car idles fine until it's under load (reverse or drive) and then if you don't give it gas it will shut off. Also, it starts to stumble around the 3-4k rpm mark but is fine once you get past that range. Not sure if that's a tuning issue, or if its still an issue with the IACV...but i'd like to get this thing running smoothly with a decent tune before I go adding a turbo setup
Any thoughts or opinions on the idle and stumble would be greatly appreciated. As of now, gonna plan on sending the XFI into FAST and having the driver repaired. Not sure if the IACV itself is bad or not ( i do believe it's always open currently).
Thanks in advance!

I'd take this post to another section for better help man since it seems like its getting ignored. Sounds like your on the right track. Send it back and communicate with them on your issues so they can help you resolve it.

My FAST XFI 2.0 also had issues with the IAC motor not working properly.
If the IAC motor doesn't work right, then the engine will never return back to idle or idle properly. Some tuners can tune around this and not even use an IAC motor, but I would only recommend not using an IAC motor on a race car.

Next question--i pulled the TB and IACM off today for a good cleaning--is it possible that the IAC does not have the appropriate tip? The motor has a BBk 85mm TB and this IAC valve https://davesdiscountautoparts2014.s...r_control.html
