Default Setting up 2 step

I finally got my two step going on my mud truck, and I'm so lost how to correctly tune it.
It's. 6.0 .30 over 75mm turbo running around 10-12psi with turbo 400. It's has a Holley system Have 3500 stall
Any help would be great. Where should turn on and off, just spark, spark and fuel. Also it's mud racing don't really have to go off a tree, usually just pull up and leave when ready

What is the 2 step for if your not "tree racing" and it is a "pull up and go" environment?

Doesn't really seem needed for what you're doing. Or are you asking about how to set up the main rev limiter?

We do straight line racing, and would like to build boost before leaving the line. 90% of the time do not race side by side heads up, usually just off time.

You just want to pull spark, not fuel. Start by pulling 10-15* of timing at 3000 rpms and work up from there based on how it launches and builds boost. Most (including me) set it on a momentary switch to activate it.

I would not pull timing... especially on a auto. ive tried both and adding alot of timing gets my turbo lit quick. Im adding around 30 degrees of timing early then removing timing as it builds more pressure.

Ah good catch, missed it was an auto. On a stick you pull timing on an auto most add timing. My car would light up quick pulling 10* but it was a T56.

I should say my turbo 400 has a manual valve body in it, and it is set up on the same switch as my trans brake, so when on the brake its on. Not sure if this will work but heres a video of it with just spark with rev limiter coming on at 3350 and off at 3300, built up to around 7 and stayed there

I have mine setup where it turns on two step and boost builder at the same time. You can set a fuel rate and fixed timing. You'll just have to play around with what your combo likes. The V4 update had a new parameter for the rev limiter "spark high only" that's recommended for the two step option.

I wired in a resistor thats wired in with a relay to change the iat temp to add or pull timing with hptuners. Called the iat mod or something. guys with nitrous use it.
