and boy is my car slowwwwwwwwwwwwwwww now.

you guys that know me know I was a maniac and did a little pioneering and made the powerdyne perform pretty well for what it was.

well time to do the same with an STS setup.

well crap man its a shame you didnt even get to dyno the thing with the ATI..

yah I shoulda at least done that

the car felt great and was easily making over 500rwhp for sure.

but I love the idea of a turbo, I love the fact I can put on stock exhaust components and still make good power, I love the fact I can reinstall stock fans, and I love that it would take me all of 15 minutes to get the car ready for SMOG.

Since I will be more than content with 500 rwhp there are too many plus's for me not to do it.

Plus I just like to F with stuff

I could see the smog thing, make sure and get the big turbo to start with.

Stock fans are a big plus, other then a little lag I dont see anything wrong with the remote kit - plus it puts all the extra weight behind the car.

oh yah. I will be talking with them extensively to make sure I get the right sized turbo from the start. that's fo shizzle.

Sounds like a good plan Heath. I am very intersted to hear your independant non-biased results with the kit. It seems like a majority of the people post up dyno numbers then you never hear from them again. I'm sure you'll wring the max power out of it.

Its always good to go in a different direction, I would drop the charger in a heartbeat for a turbo, I'm just really short on cash and I'm positive the SD stuff will work

Same here, I would drop this charger in a heartbeat if Heath is able to get some great numbers and track times out of the STS kit.

Yah Geoff you know I will post everything up good or bad. I have no problems praising or bashing when appropriate even if it's my own setup

This weekend I think I will do a compression check just to get some sort of idea how healthy the motor is and not too long after I should have enough info gathered to place an order.

This time I will also be snapping lots of pics and making everything superclean from the start. This WILL be my final poweradder going on to the car so I want to do it right the first time.
