PT7675 smoking like a train!!

So I get my Huron Speed T4 A/C kit back together. I am running the drain to the pan with no scavenge pump. The oil feed is unrestricted. Doesn't smoke until I give it good throttle and let off then smokes blue like crazy. Should I put the oil feed restrictor on it?

I have had the same problem but seemed to be my catch can hose not big enough, went to -10 an on the oil cap. I will try the .045 if the problem comes back.

Had the same problem with my pt7675 and oil draining straight down. Turned out to be not enough crankcase evac. Vented my valve covers and no more smoke show. Shouldn't have to restrict oil on a precision turbo.

you just found 70% of your problem, you cant use a cheap catch can when going turbo, check these guys out

Yeah, I just have a breather on each valve cover, no catch can and it solved my smoking issues. This method may not satisfy everyone but works for me. Others run lines from valve covers to one or more catch cans and others still incorporate pcv system. Just make sure you vent your crankcase can properly and hopefully it'll solve your smoking issue.
