Good thing about blowers is you can take the belt off and spank your opponent with it after he spanked you in his turbo car.

superchargers are more likely to come as a 'kit' and install quietly for those with less skill/desire for metalwork. Not as great in the sack as a turbo, but hey its easier. The same people who spend 6k on a procharger probably also spend 3k on their fuel systems, in the form of another 'kit' and so on.
I pieced together my d1sc procharger, with a aster bracket, treadstone intercooler, tial bov and all the pulleys for 4K. I also built my own return style double pumper fuel system for 1000. Hope this helps

Your Penile Discharge should never go PSHHHHhhhhh. If it does you have a problem and should seek medical attention!

Just kidding of course.

Everyone and their mother is on the internet making 900RWHP with a junkyard 4.8 and a Chinese 7875 with an LS6 cam. So turbo if it were truly that easy.

Our Fbody engine bays suck so badly I vote for whatever fits the best.

After building a turbo fbody and a procharged fbody i would pick the procharger everytime. It makes similar power and was WAAAAY easier to do.

all the turbo builds i encounter are always on jackstands getting built or fixed
procharger is definitely the easiest for an f-body if you want to actually drive the car, plus the power delivery is more fitting for a traction limited (rwd) or manual car

Oh **** my last post was way too factual for this thread, let me try again.

Do you guys think my junkyard 4.8 will spool this 118mm turbo ok? I just don't want to deal with lag.

How is the power delivery of a supercharger better suited for a traction limited RWD car?

What turbo or supercharger should I run? I don't have any HP goals, money, brains, skill or *****. Please stop what your doing and chime in on this project that will never happen so I can stay in my parents basement and still be social. Also can anybody suggest a cam?

I disagree, I completed my turbo build in less than a year and have been enjoying it for two years now. Your right about traction though, but thats because turbo cars make more horsepower than blower cars dick head. LMFAO.

if you cant handle the power delivery of a supercharged RWD, maybe you should start looking for a FWD... and a purse.

People claim it is more tractable and predictable. Can't say I have really experienced huge power from either type of setup, so I don't know how true it is.
