No, but for that over all size, it's pretty potent.

You also have F1-X, F2, F3, etc that make more power.

Its not the fastest? The ultra street guys should run the bigger prochargers then. Oh that's right they can't run the bigger blowers. They have strict rules to follow that change constantly and for someone to say X is better than Y based off one of these classes is just silly.
