Looks like belt slippage. I'm no expert but when you see those squiggly lines that should be the first thing you investigate. Hopefully that's all it is. Subscribed in hopes you find an easy fix and post new #'s.

The real question is, was it still making boost when the belt was slipping or did the boost drop

I did not have dust that I could see but I still tightened the belt and on my boost gauge it held 6 psi and spiked to 7 before I had to get off it. I am not sure if it was fluctuating on the dyno.

When you say that your AFR was "spot on", what was the actual AFR?
