Default 427lsx dragboat build, need experienced advise.

I posted this on yellowbullet also
A good friend is pondering doing a tt lsx427 twin billet turbo, big air to water (lake water cooled) blowthru csu deal and we would appreciate any input from experience. Ive got plenty with sbe tt deals but on the big c.i. motors id feel better hearing from experience.
Our power goal is 1600hp reliable power, more on kill. My bud dont mind spending money on great heads, having the block oringed/heads grooved etc.. He can get discounts from both mast and brodix on the 6bolt heads. We'll fuel the deal with a dual needle and seat csu from kevin,ev hat, aeromotive belt drive ,yada yada to keep it simple, its a dragboat after all and spooling before the leave cant happen in a jetboat. Any reason not to stick with the gm lsx block for this? How would you guys do this longblock to hold up to some sdba 1000ft track passes? Is it pipe dreaming to try it on hyd rollers turning around 7k? Appreciate the input !
