Limp mode? limiting speed??

Limp mode? limiting speed?? 2007 Silverado nnbs SBE 4.8 single 76mm turbo,fully built 4L65E with 10"multi-disk lock-up
So my truck shuts down at about 100 mph(limp pedal).Tried it in 3rd and 4th
Tuner feels it may be due to lack of fuel psi.(45) at that speed.(stock fuel pump)
We are seeing a max of 12 psi of boost.
Tuned with HP Tuners.
....Also after driving and being parked briefly,i'll drive away and occasionally it goes limp,once i slow down to a crawl,its normal again.
It does have code P0741(torque converter clutch stuck on) but works when tested with the Tech2.
Also has speed wheel sensor code C0055
Truck runs really well otherwise
Any thoughts ideas?

Ensure limiter is set to Calibration and not GMLAN. Then it will go as fast as you set the tables to. Setting to max alone will not fix the issue. Set max airflow table to max setting and limp mode will go away. It's in DTC table area
