Cheap 80lb injectors (not Siemens Deka)

Most of the big aftermarket injectors don't have these caps. Dekas 80s for example have no cap.

A buddy of mine has decapped flex fuels in his twin turbo 4.8.
I don't have any solid data on them yet. With caps on, they do flow more than the stock truck injectors.

The problem with cheap mods is everyone wants a free lunch.
Decap them, send them out for service, adjust the appropriate tables with the new data, and carry on.
I bought a set of Deka 80s for my wagon (already have some 36s that I was planning on using) and for the $250ish I spent on them second hand I am sure it is cost comparative to doing this mod (logistics and what not).
But, if you are going to go sloppy, go real sloppy - decap them and guess at the IFR, adjust the tune a hair, crank up the boost, and profit.

E85 specs for injectors.
Idk where to find e85 grade gaskets and a full swap out set etc. Could I just transfer from old? I'd prefer new. 4.8 2008 silverado 3" dump cai and chipped, doing a full swap, cam headers and intake manifold springs hydr, also looking to bore mani.

so I'm recalling more of the conversation I had with eric when I had these flowed.
I guess one of mine was kinda hinky and flowed a little low. he also said they gave a quick pulse on the static test---but I don't think that would affect how they worked in an engine...since they are never static wide open.
here's the uncapped 12594512's
and here are the SD80's I got from Viren. I just wanted to check if they were legit or not. They are.
