Default Thoughts on turbo condition? (pic)

What are your thoughts on the condition of the turbine wheel (and turbo in general) on this 6062? To make a long story short, some exhaust housing bolts backed out and it rubbed on the inside of the housing some. I need to know if it's something that could cause issues etc or if it's totally fine. Thanks!

It is likely going to be out of balance, at the very least. If it even spools up like that it will eat bearings in short order, if it hasn't already. Is there play in the shaft?

I would NOT install that thing on my motor. It's guaranteed to be out of balance, and if the bearings are shot....the turbo will send metal straight to your motor. I've been through this already, that is the turbo sending brass into the motor. See that motor on the stand in my sig?.....yea.

Brass....metal....whatever the exact material is, ended up in the bottom of my oil pan. Whether you believe it or not is irrelevant, as I've seen it first hand....live in the flesh. A bad turbo can, and WILL contaminate your oil.

Is it ball bearing?

If its BB, or SB and the play is within spec i'd run it all day. We used to internationally take martial off the turbines back in the day (clipping) on the small 4 banger stuff to get more turbine flow out of what we had.
