I'll bet $1 that set up will spool slower than average for that motor/turbo combo

maybe put the WG right on the turbine housing? I did that and it seems to work really well. I can turn it down to 4psi with a cheapo manual controller.

a little update, hot side is now fully welded, working a turbo bracket and fully welded my pie cut elbow for the exhaust.
Eventually it will all get jet hot coated...
Still need to put on a waste gate and plumb that, but, that's how it looks now...I like it lol

How are you going to mount your coils? Any reason you couldn't brace the turbo below from the block? Off topic, how are you fairing with the hurricane?

I looked around the block but did not find a good spot. I'll probably remote mount the coils off the firewall or make brackets for,the valve covers.
Doing fine so far, we're not in any flood zone so we have little to no water, wind's a bit more than i thought it would be, but no damage, how about you?

Just remember that you most likely won't be able to use a set of stock wires.

We were just fine. It did blow out a section of my fence, but it's fixed now.
