Which head gaskets was he running prior to replacing them? Assuming either before or after or both were LS9 units?

Forgive my ignorance, I have never seen a hydraulic roller spin 8100rpms. That has to be some record as well. Amazing SBE L33, and the chassis is working perfectly. Nice work. Id be interested in seeing an engine bay pic.

WOW! I have been trying to find build specs (or lack there of) for the setup, any more info out there? I see the L33 and Trunion Upgrade running E85 but any more info?

He's running Ls9 gaskets I'm pretty sure, car weighs around 2850-2900 race weight. And yes, he has spun it to 8400rpm ha

About 2900 I think and 29psi or so for highest boost.

Well after 119 passes she let go from a bad batch of fuel. Detonated and destroyed itself in epic fashion just as any one would have guessed.

The 4.8 Iron engine is in with the new BigMac 4.8 cam. On his 3rd pass last night it went.

As you can see the tune up is still soft everywhere and especially the line. Rain held up progress last night but I would bet that this one takes the 4.8 record in just a couple more passes.

Oh and he is turning more RPM with this one hahaha. He posted a screen shot of 8500rpm shifts haha.

good lord lol that 5.3 had a good run cant wait to see how fast he goes with the 4.8 do yiu have any video of the finak runs with the 5.3
