Default Fuel system winter upgrades

So my build started out mild with a high compression LS3 that was built around staged injection, so I built a tuned sheetmetal intake running 16 540cc injectors, one setup running pump gas and the other running 116. Car was supposed to be a street/strip car.

Car was plumbed with one AEM320 per 8 injectors and -6 line and 5/16 return line per setup, essentially two complete fuel systems. That was summer 2015, winter and into spring 2016 the car saw a Billet S480 install and the decision to run E85

I was able to tie the sumps together creating one tank and upgraded one set of injectors to 1000cc. Running raised base pressure I have almost 1700cc's of injector now, but still have one 320 running the 1000's and one 320 running the 540's

Playing with the setup all year, I'm finding I'm limited to around 20psi. My injector DC is getting in the 90's with mid 11 afr's, and this is with the fuel mixed down to E65ish

Car ran great though, 2750 race weight, ran 8.53@167.6mph

My Plan now is to keep the E65 mix as E70 is standard for most of the year around my area. I have looked at all sorts of fuel pumps, and think the 4303 will cover my needs. I want to install some -10 feed line from the 4303 to a bulkhead fitting on the forewall splitting to four -6 feeds to all the rails. Ill then run a new -8 return Ill also be installing another set of 1000cc injectros for 2000cc total at this point If need Ill raise pressure a little to around 50 to get me near 2200cc's if need be

Any other ideas or comments on this?

Ive been 132mph in the 1/8, and next years goal is to reach 140mph

Only other real engine up grade is a Race cover for the billet S480

Thanks. This whole combo kicks ***. Had Martin Smallwood spec me a cam and combined with the tuned runner length this motor pulls from trans brake release to mid 7000's without any sign of slowing down

Just need to make sure the system is up to snuff next year

I'd like to get away from the internal fuel pump. If I did and since the 320 has a check valve, I'd run them that way knowing the 320 would make up for anything

I could do an aem380 and use a check on that run the system in parrelel too

So will the 4303 be pumping E85 and the 320 be pumping gasoline, from their own tanks?

Not anymore. I've tied my tanks together earlier this year and plan on building a new cell for this install

At the power level I'm at I'm afraid the 4303 won't be enough pump to turn the boost up on E85. That's another partial reason for mixing down to E60ish If I need to run two pumps I'd do the 380 as constant and 4303 on with boost or on with my pump override switches

I feel I'm reaching the limits of the setup but want to squeeze a few more psi out of it. I'm planning on entering a local 1/8 mile heads up class next year and want to dial the fuel system in

I've looked at some of the brushless systems but me they get spendy

The AEM380 + 4303 should do pretty well.

This is what I was trying to say. I just a 4303 on my car and I'm going to use it in parallel with my in-tank pump.
