Manual Trans IRS Sedan, 5.3 Turbo: 9.25 @ 154mph!!!
Made some really solid passes yesterday at MIR. Was able to ramp in a little more power and improve my 60' as well. REALLY starting to get a hang of driving this combo and really enjoying watching it respond to even the smallest tune adjustments.
Big shout out to SLOW SEDAN for tuning this thing like a BOSS!!!
I can't say enough about Creative Steel and Drive Shaft Shop for the drivetrain parts that are taking the punishment this beast keeps delivering. Direct Performance Solutions has also been there for this entire build with knowledge and quick delivery when I need something!!!
Best of the day ended up with a 9.25 @ 154mph. Ran in the mid 1.4x 60' range all day and made 5-6 passes north of 150mph.
Backed up by a 9.31 @ 155mph, making it the quickest and fastest M6 CTS-V. Also cracked the top 10 overall CTS-V, AND top 10 on the GM manual trans list, which I thought was pretty cool as well for a manual, IRS, 4000lb, First Gen CTS-V!

DAYYUM... That is just flat-out HAULIN' the mail!!!
Congrats on the great runs, that's some great driving/shifting as well! I looked at a 2014 or 2015 CTS-V a few months ago, it was a charcoal/anthracite metallic & had less than 16,000 miles on the odometer. As much as I love these cars, I just couldn't justify the price they were asking (north of $50k). One of these days maybe...
Anyway, great job.

Thanks fellas! I was more focused on getting the car down the track than footage unfortunately. I regret that now though.
best I can give you in-car wise is this 9.6 pass from my previous day out. Very similar 60', just use your imagination for a little more power lolol

Looking at whatever is dangling from the passenger window, it's still pulling real well in 3rd, considerably more so than after the shift to 4th (obviously)... and taking into account shift time, ya might just break into the 8's if you can (safely) run out the back door in 3rd...
