Nice build!

I run a racecraft moly kemember and it fit like a glove on my 3rd gen. Check them out! My next choice would be UMI. I don't mess with BMR or SPOHN. That's a lot of warp from welding yikes.

What line lock is that? I run a hurst anti roll and has worked great. Don't skimp and get a jegs or summit brand they are cheap knockoffs and fail right out of the box... ask me how I know lol.

Also on thr kemeber brake lines just rock plastic zip ties. Those worm clamps are gona run the powder coating off and cause rust.

How much boost you going to run? We are simular with our plans on what's appropriate for the street lol. 700hp is just about right IMO without needing crazy tires. I run about 12psi on my 5.3 with a centri and ported stock heads and custom 218/230 cam motion cam. Looks like your doing it right! Wish I could afford the S60.

Yeah I'm just going to make this BMR K member work more than likely. I already heave the brake lines all built for this k member now.

The line lock is the hurst. I just took the sticker off because it was going to be upside down the way we mounted it.

Not sure on the boost. The f1c has the 4.50" pulley with the 7.65" crank pulley. Guessing around 15psi or so not sure its hard to tell!

Mounted the intercooler , bolted the engine to the k member. Had to remove the a/c compressor , procharger bracket and alternator to get the engine bolts installed. Not a lot of room with 2" headers!

Well bmr sent me a second one which was twisted also. They checked their stock and they are all the same! So I am going to make this one work with. Waiting for them to refund some of my money, I think they should refund half of my money! But they don't act like they want to do that. So it may get ugly.

That sucks to hear hopefully BMR will set you right if is their fault for the twisted batch of K-members. I would be looking for a full refund and going after another vendor. Good luck with it.

I wouldn't run a twisted K-member. That's a safety issue.

Almost any of the "turbo" k-members are pretty similar. So your lines should work on any of them. PA Racing's Turbo K is very similar to that one.

Just got off the phone with BMR. Found out the 1 mount tube was just simply welded on too high, I just have to grind it down a bit, the rest of the k member is just fine!

After actually speaking with the owner and working this all out I'm once again a happy customer thanks BMR.

I like that intercooler setup. That's the Bell 4.5" they sell? It's not on Huron speed's site, but is an upgrade on their turbo kits. What's the pricing like on that? Less than the ATI Unit?
