Water mister in front of the FMIC.......does it work....?
Depends on what kit you buy and how you set it up. But most kits will inject based on boost pressure.
As for which...they're all fairly similar really.
IMO Aquamist offers the best kit in terms of features and safety.
Prometh/IAS make very good stuff and have some excellent tanks.
Many seem to love Alky control, although no idea what it does any differently or better than any of the others.
Devilsown also make decent stuff.
Really...the choice is up to you.
Say I make 1,000 RWHP without a Meth kit and just a FMIC.
What could a Meth kit gain me...?
.
if you had already been running say E85 or race fuel and had a very efficient setup, then probably no gains.
If you were on pump fuel, lots of hot air and generally everything was bad forcing timing to be nowhere near optimal, then you could see substantial gains.

So I'm just looking into a few little things, and a Meth kit was one of them.
If it won't really do much I might as well skip it.
.
Although keeping things totally safe, you could just add a small kit but dont actually tune for it. That way if anything did go wrong there would be no untoward effects. But it would still assist keeping things cool on very hot days.
But I'd probably just run it first without, keep an eye on charge temps etc and see how things fair.
