Is this BOV and Meth Placement OK?
From the below pic below -
The two red dots either side of the intercooler will be the two meth nozzles. That intercooler is divided up until the silicone coupler, does that matter? Should i spray the meth diagonally facing towards the air flow, away from it, or put them in straight so they both spray to the center of the pipe where the divider is?
The BOV is the Purple line. I was planning on running this either to the left, right or underneath in that area depending on clearance. Is it going to interfere with my meth and spray it all over my engine bay? Does it really matter if a bit comes out the BOV? i will be running 50/50 meth/water mix. The only other thing i could do is run two BOV's and put them by the turbos but that means spending another £300 which i dont have!
The yellow line after the throttle body is the IAT placement. I have already done this.
I will be replacing that coupler with a much shorter one and putting some 4" pipe in between the cooler and the throttle body so i can weld on the BOV flange.
Is this going to work OK?
Any other suggestions?
And you can fit one or two if you must....visuals might prefer two, one for each red mark.
And then the meth for the purple, or meth in the middle on the underside hidden away.
But the BOV's are not essential, and dont place the BOV after the meth.
Even when its before the nozzle, any meth in the charge pipe is going to be vented out of the BOV when the throttle closes.
Simplest solution...forget about BOV's

But yeah, not using one is always easier lol.
