I'm new to turbo setups and very interested about installing twin turbos like this on my coupe not sure of the size of turbos or blow off valve or wastgates it looks like they have the t3 or t4 flange on them in one of the pics I can see precision turbo on the turbo and on blow off valve I thank is what it is . Assuming 500 to 600 hp is what I would like to have .thanks kelly
Ps i took the pics at the greenwood car show this sat and I didn't see they owner to ask questions as far as I know he might even be on ls1tech .

Looks totally custom... I think you could reproduce this kit with something like some stock corvette c5 flipped manifolds modified for T4 flanges to hold your new twins. These ls family manifolds are pretty easy to mig and modify too. Below is a link I found on google to a more detailed view althought those are custom manifolds... you get the idea.
This is the stock manafolds bolted up to mount the turbos I was wondering if I could plug up where the stock exhaust went and cut out where I have it circled with marker so the t 4 flange turbos will be located even with the 3 injector to give clearance for the turbo then it would be just a 90 and up to the flange and on the back side I will have room for 3 " hot side for exhaust . Would this work right ?

Have you looked into using C6 Vette manifolds? They dump from the center.
