Default Back Pressure Sensor in O2 bung?

I have an o2 bung pre turbo that I was using for closed loop fueling. I'd like to measure back pressure, but I haven't been able to find an easy solution outside of copper tubing coiled around and running to a MAP sensor. Does anyone make a M18-1.5 threaded 0-5v pressure transducer that could screw right into my o2 bung?

The issue is the heat and that's why there's a coil

I don't know of a single transducer that can withstand that heat directly.

I'm sure someone makes them for industrial vacuum furnaces or something, but they ain't gonna be cheap.

Just use the $16 1-100psi transducer found on Ebay with some coiled copper tubing.

I had mine in the #1 runner for a while. When I relocated it to the actual entrance of the turbo (where it should be) Back pressure dropped quite a bit. I went from about 1.9:1 to 1.4:1. This was an S480 on a 370” motor.

I'd be amazed if anyone anywhere runs such a sensor when it's so easy to go remote and remove all cost/heat/reliability issues that trying to do it directly would pose.
If a sensor even existed !

I would get an o2 plug if you don't have one already and tap it for 1/8 npt and buy a copper autometer gauge install kit to make up your coil and put the 15 dollar ebay pressure sensor in the end of the coil. This will save you from having to weld an additional bung in if that was your concern.

If they did make such an item, it would simply be an air cooled, remote mounted device such as what people are making for themselves. Electronics have issues with heat, and solder melts at a much lower point than pre-turbo exhaust temps. Anything else would be cost prohibitive in almost any situation.

That's what I did. Bought some ss o2 plugs and tapped them. This kit is the cheapest way to go

Summit sells the autometer one for 14.95 same set up. Its used to hook an oil pressure gauge up per nhra rules(can't use the plastic line that comes with the gauge)
