I won't be able to run a wideband will I? Being there is no computer to control AFR.....

Wideband doesn't tie into the computer normally, so yes you can.

I'd give ya $200 and this carb for that motor

blow thru carbs are pricey....
$600 jy gen IV 4.8 or 5.3.....should be able to get one with all accessory, set of head studs, ls9 gaskets , btr springs, deka 80 injectors, keep stock cam, off shelf $650 s475, Holley hp and SEND IT! will way surpass your goals

Here's my intercooler set up in my 72 Nova, I'm running a 6.0 LS and yes it clears my hood

You shouldn't have to cut your bumper on a Nova to fit an intercooler.

So I just need to get a wideband and gauge and ill be set?

So are you saying I keep the engine core for myself? Seems I would have a lot tied up in getting a pcm ect to make the engine work.

you should buy that 5.3 and hang on too it or can turn around and sell it for the same 600 and help someone else with there ls project where are you located

Must just be the size of the one that came with the eBay kit or something. Doesn't seem to be enough room between radiator and front bumper to fit anything. Have maybe 3"

Holley hp really easy to use, all wiring is plug and play and a little reading you will have it running in no time.
here is my intercooler set up , its a treadstine trv25

I'd make a trip up whenever and bring the carb/and check the car out and get a game plan established on what we need to get in house so we can get all the fab knocked out at once

I have about everything I need at the shop I run. I ordered a t4 flange today and a couple flex joints. Hoping to try and tackle the hot side this weekend.

yes....but for your goals there is much cheaper units, eBay cx racing....etc. pics were just so you can see fitment ideas....
I've owned this car since 1992, was always a sbc , could never get the power level, drivability or reliability out of the sbc without spending a small fortune
