Default most boost from Incon?

I am wondering what is the most boost you can make with the Incon kit....standard turbos. I think I remember Harlan doing like 15psi by wiriing the wastegates shut. I have no hoses hooked to the 5psi wastegates and it makes 12-13 psi that way. Since I am able to run that on 93 octane.....I am thinking 15 or so on alky should be easily doable

I've only had mine up to 12psi . . . so sorry I am not sure either! And of course it depends on what you're pushing it through too. I've had people tell me they'll max out at 10psi on my new combo . . .

If you can do the spring mod on the wasegate, I don't see why 15+ couldn't be done, unless you are starving the turbos for air, then you will just get a spike, and then the boost will settle down and drop as you head to max rpm.

If I had the exact specs on the turbos I might have some suggesions for an inexpensive upgrade. You'd just be getting a bigger comp wheel installed on your CHRA, VSR balanced and the compressor housing machined to fit the wheel..

To get the max is it clockwise or counter-clockwise on the actuator arms?

You won't get much more out of the turbo by upgrading the compressor wheel and machining the housing, since turbine side is also pretty restrictive. Looking at the compressor maps at about 15 psi and based on your posts. You could be at about the max output. Best bet with these turbos is reduce the intake side back pressure with better flowing intercoolers, intake manifold and heads. Either way the compressors are only good for 880 fwhp (give or take a little).

The sweat spot for the compressors is 40 lb/m max but that is at a PR of 2.4
