There are 2 different lsx376 the b8 and b15. Which do you have. Also cam will depend on so many other factors. Vehicle wieght, trans and converter, turbo used, usage of vehicle etc. Oil pump should be fine as is.

I have thinking about the B8 as well, but couldn't find a lot of reviews. Imagine that when spending that amount of money most feel that they get a better engine build with better internals from vendors like Texas Speed etc.

One review said that there have been some failure with the rod bearings, but didn't mention the same issue with the B15.

Also the B8 is only rated to less than 10 lbs of boost. If you are going turbo, how much boost are you planning on?

I have a Procharger D1 and wouldn't plan on more than 10-12 lbs of boost.

Don't suppose these engines are robot built, but after seeing the C7 Stringray complete build on video and the mostly robot assembly of the engine in the C7 Stringray, the assembly is pretty impressive. Anybody know if these LSx engines are robot built?

I personally bought and ran the b8. It says 10 pounds of boost. Highest i ran was 18 pounds. Engine made 770rwhp at 10 pounds. Only add on was the tick stage 2 turbo cam, dual springs and pushrods. I couldnt get my second fuel pump to work so i was running out of fuel on the dyno. later i got a 4303 as my secondary and turned it up to 18 pounds. It was gaining 35 hp per pound of boost at the time so i figure it was making close to 1000rwhp and i ran it that way for 2 years daily driving 150 mile round trip to work and probably 250 passes on different levels of boost. Its a damn good engine. I pulled it apart after an accident in the car. Car was down might as well upgrade. Bearings were worn but not ready to fail. When i bought it i got alot of flack cause it had gen 4 rods and wasnt forged but i got two years of abuse out of it and now have a badass block to build my new engine iff of and all the parts that came out of it to resale. I got my moneys worth out of it for sure. I beat that engine mercilessly and never had a problem. Just my 2 cents.

I plan on running btr stage 3 and upgraded valve springs and 10 lbs of boost. I am hoping to get around 800hp but we will see.

I was running a billet race cover s480 96mm t4 turbine 1.25 ar to get those numbers. You might do 800 with the bigger cam but it depends on the turbine size.

ls 7675 percision with .96ar housing. From what I have researched my combo should reach that. Same setup was reaching 873 hp with 13lbs boost with 65lb injectors? Like I said Im new at turbo game. Just want to have a badass street rod lol Hopefully im on right track. Thanks for the Info I appreciate it. Is it better to run dual waste gates with this setup? I have had local guys say that is will have boost kreep?
