It has a Buy It Now of $5220! The pic does not show the turbos and the writeup says "....kit with optional turbos...", so you have to wonder. Who the hell would pay $13K for a turbo kit.

Quite a few people actually!

Custom cast manifolds aren't cheap, neither are 3" custom downpipes or custom turbos with billet wheels.

I read your post again, just to be clear, the base kit does come with the smaller, non ball bearing turbos. The included turbos are the larger, upgraded ball bearing units with the billet wheel
