Nitro or Turbo
turbo. I hate nitrous because:
you run out
you pay extra to fill
have the sorry excuse of "my nitrous didnt kick in"
bottle pressure low, you make less power
nitrous is harder on parts than a turbo or supercharger because of the instant tq
its not all the time
I feel like its artificial
you'll have ***** that will want to race you and tell you turn the bottle off. Then when you race them and win you get accused of spraying. or "cheating".
thats just some of the cons I can think of.
pluses:
its easy
cheap
dummy can install a kit
sidenotes: I've never heard anyone tell a boosted guy to disconnect the turbo or blower. Theres no question about, you either run it as is or you dont. There wont be no arguing about spraying. I speak from experience. I ran nitrous for a long time and these are the reasons I dont like it. The respect thing is also an issue. Its just something about having a turbo that impresses or intrigues people more than nitrous.

Damn you guys are right, he did actually say nitro and not nitrous...my bad. OP if you can afford nitro I'd say definitely do that over ANYTHING else. I mean look at how fast those top fuel cars are. Your car will be insanely fast, but obviously you will need a good tuner and fuel system. Good luck and keep us posted

Yes your car is a great example of its power. My gas station now sells it too. At $65 a gallon it's a tad pricey, but so worth it though. Only thing that sucks is wearing a mask when filling up
