Help with build sheet for procharged 408
I'm pretty new here because I've always had a SBC in my thirdgen but it's time to LS swap it!
I'm looking to put together a 408 with a D1SC. I'm just looking for recommendations to meet the following goals:
700 HP at the crank on 91 octane with about 8lbs, but be able to run E85 and 12lbs in the future
Car will be 95% street, occasional hits on the 1/4 and 1/8th mile, maybe 1 or 2 road course track days
I'd like to save money where I can (not looking for maximum HP), but I'm OK to spend $ to ensure reliability at my power level (which is why I'm not running a stock bottom end).
Here's what I am planning thusfar, leaving blank where I don't know what to do yet. The only thing I'm 100% set on is the transmission and block, everything else I'm open ears

Transmission: Built T56
Block: 6.0 Iron Gen 3
Crank: Forged private label / Callies (not sure about double keying/pinning)
Rods:
Pistons:
Heads: LS3 or ported LQ9 (this is one area I'd like to save $)
Valve spring:
Rockers:
Intake: Stock LS3 (or whatever low budget intake would work best)
Throttle Body:
Injectors: 80LB will support E85, not sure what brand but I won't use Chinese knockoffs
ECU: Holley HP (would be nice if ECU can support flex fuel sensor)
Head unit: D1SC (Maybe F1A but seems overkill)
Brackets: Indiana Muscle 12 rib (seems like the only sure-fit option)
Intercooler: 4" x 31 x 12 CX racing
Thanks for any input you can help me with!
There is a link to my 408 D1SC build that I posted up today. If 91 is all you can get I'd look at an alky control kit and use that to help a bit. 700 at the crank is easy with the D1SC Thats about 600 at the wheels. the thread i gave you has some people i used for the fuel setup. If the alky kit idea perks your interest I have one I can sell you that has never been installed.
