no need in New gaskets and bolts. Just clean them off copper spray lightly and put them back on. Matt made some crazy #s on reused gaskets and bolts. Just torque them to like 70 ft lbs. If you must replace the bolts dont use part store ones, I have snapped them off doing the gm spec sequence. Matt has talked about this a lot in his videos

I have had Cometic mls head gaskets off an on again. No issues with na 11.7 but I don't like the GM head and balancer bolts. Through away items Imo. The main bolts are good to reuse, there not torque to yield type bolts.

Yea true just make sure you measure with a rope the length you need! and that it can hold e85

1 single 450 CAN do e85 but i run the rather safe than sorry and do 2 450s tbh! everyones told me the same.

i dont know if i mention it on another thread but!

2 450s are like 200 bucks and 1 525 is 200$

i rather spend 200$ on fuel system which if down the road i wanna make more power the 2 450s can hold up than running lean by accident or something. OR you can do a boost a pump but i just rather do 2 pumps imo.

Back when i had stock bottomend..228r cam and pac springs just on 94 pump gas i made 630whp and 699tq around 13psi. I got greedy and tried bumping up to 15psi a few times and oddly enough the ringlands and rods bent lol.I repeated that mistake twice pushing the limits of those gen 3 stock internals on pump gas with 15psi.

Now I have a more solid setup..running out of turbo..fuel pump and duty cycle on my deka 80's
