Lowest profile compact air filter for 7875 ?

I have a VS 7875 Turbo. I need the smallest street setup air filter. Turbo is 4” clamp on size in front. Has anybody used something that worked well ? I currently have a turbo guard but I want something that will protect the turbo a bit more. Space is very limited

What space do you have to work with? A restrictive filter will impact performance.

I run a eBay mushroom style HKS knock filter on my 78/75. That the shortest your going to get. Those turbo guards cost a lot of power and offer almost no guard. Otherwise look Into a cobra jet elbow and run a large filter in a different direction.

post a pic of how your turbo is. I couldnt fit a filter but i was able to put a 4" elbow on the inlet of the turbo and run it outside the engine compartment with a filter on it to catch cooler air.

^ thats what we had to do on my friend's fox body wagon. it def killed some power, but it's better than eating gravel since he dailies it.

This is what I'm using, I'm sure it kills power but it's easily removed at the track or in Mexico lol.

I wouldnt say foam filters are always great for filtration, but they're a damn sight better than any piece of **** screen or "guard"

K & N has a section on there site with all kind of meas. You pick the dia. of your
opening, then go thru all diff sizes they have. I forget exactly where to find it, but
its there somewhere.
