ATI Dampner question

ATI Dampner question Can anyone help me with this question, I have searched and cannot find an answer. I purchased a P1SC-1 kit from a member here and it included the ATI Dampner. The instructions for the procharger are not clear on if the bolts that hold the 8 rib pulley on are supposed to go all the way thru to also hold the air conditioning belt on but the size listed in the instructions and that were sent are not long enough. Do those 3 bolts go all the way thru or are there smaller length bolts that I am supposed to use on the back that just hold the A/C pulley to the dampner?

I would guess you use the short ones, since the AC pulley can be optional-cant remember
