Default Fuel pumps

Got a lq4 going with a s480 Bosch 210 injectors e85 want to know what dual or triple pumps will work best trying to make at least 1k horsepower

Double or triple of what pump.

My AEM380s could probably do 1k wheel on E85.

Dual 450 or 525 will make 1000. I run a triple setup: 450, 525, 525.

my single aem 400 made 705 hp to the tire but was out . im sure two will get there easy. 210 injectors and 45 psi base. 6.0 on e85.

I haven't stretched a single quite that far (very close). Good to know that if I have one pump fail, as long as I'm on mild boost it'll keep up. I'm at 60 PSI base, though.

I was sneeking up on boost and it was good to 13 psi but after that the afr whould start to lean up at the end of a dyno pull. but at the track id say 12 ish psi max for a full pass. as a side note I did run 9.90 at 135 mph with a single aem 380 and 80# injectors with my blue nova. 3500 lbs. e85 that was 13 psi boost.

after adding the second 380 and a t6 turbo that car ran 9.01 at 150 mph at 18 psi boost. same bosch 80# injectors on e85. 58 psi base fuel.

Were you able to data log the duty cycle on the 80# injectors, I have 76's that were at 55% on 93 @15 lbs (whoops)
and was thinking of doing around a 25% E85 mix. I have a 450 pump.

Dual 450s or 525s.

I’m running 2-525s @ 58 base Huron Speed v3 ac kit, precision 76/75 billet journal bearing through a 4l80 unlocked and 9” with I’d1000s e60 19#s uncorrected 822 rwhp on a built iron block 6.0, afr 225s, ls6 intake, g1pro built Garrett a2a, Subeone tuned flex sensor p59 setup.

Had an alternator acting up so we called it good on the 822 as it was down to 11.7 on the last runs. I doubt there is much left anyway between the ids and the little turbine but the fuel delivery seemed good at that level to answer the question. I ran dual aem 340s but swapped to the 525s per Cesar’s recommendation. He actually thought 450s but I spent the little bit more and went to the 525s. Bought them from Dave Stek (DSX) btw.

no but they were in the 130s % still hold a 11.9 to 12.0 afr on e85 no problem. that is where it liked it.
