Also, does the multiplier change based on the fuel, or: E85 vs 91 Oct? And if so, I guess that is to accommodate for the extra fuel being used on E vs 91?
Yes, the multiplier changes with the fuel. If you compare stoich values of each fuel at a specific lambda reading, you’ll see how much different they are percentage wise. That would then translate into the multiplier. For example, stoich for gasoline is about 42% leaner than the stoich for e85. So your .6 for gasoline would be .85 for E85.
