I bought my 02 z28 brand new with less 5 miles on the odometer. When it hit 14k I put a vortech 9lb kit with aftercooler and had it tuned by norris motorsports. Besides killing my stock clutch the first time at the track, I now have 34k on it and it runs just as strong. And this is my only means of transportation.

Go with a cam with specs specifically for supercharging...
It will be a split pattern cam...
More exhaust duration than intake and minimal overlap.
Non forced induction cars need more aggressive cams because of things like air still entering the cylinder after it has bottomed out for more degrees of crank revolution.. A forced induction car will likely be pushing air backwards thru the intake port (reversion) if the valve is held open for too long after BDC (Bottom dead center). If you have alot of overlap with a supercharger you can push fresh air and fuel out the exhaust valve (short circuit) only to burn in the header and maybe burn a valve..
Search for Supercharger Cams in forced induction for more depth than I'm going to get into now.

Yeah T-Rex would not be the greatest route, 110LSA is not going to mix well with boost, too much bleedoff. Also if you want reliable and daily driving I would suggest a smaller cam than a trex. I have the TR224/227 in my car, love it. It doesnt surge, and search for idle and the car doesnt ride super rough. The Trans Am is not my daily driver, but I still wouldnt want a bigger cam just because I like how well the car rides
