I'm going to assume this is a street car so I'd love to know why you selected a glide instead of a TH400.
The TH400 in my car is toast so I'm looking hard a going glide but don't know when a glide is more optimal than a 400.
Can't wait to see an idle vid.

Very interested in that on3 94mm, it's pretty much a gt55 clone right?

I race no prep and street 1/8th mile stuff. Glide helps get the car down a shitty road. Also idk why everyone thinks a 400 is better than a glide for the street. Both have 1:1 high gears. They drive the same

Yes its basically a clone . Stainless Housing vbanded. 94/112. 4" outlet. V band inlet and outlet. Its a very nice turbo for the money . It made 1150 rwhp on my buddies 427 on 20 ish psi eating the converter up. Its too much turbo for this engine, but i have a nice summit rotating 6.0 getting built now .

I don't know why either, it seems to be one of those old school lingering trains of thought, they did put those transmissions in factory cars after all lol.
Is it a stock case built unit or a full tilt built unit?

Stock case 8 clutch drum .
Circle D 252mm specd for my old combo.
has held 1000 ish rwhp in my 3600 lb car with no isues for 8 ish months. Had a converter take out the pump like 5 months ago but the trans was perfect inside. Swapped pump and good to go.

Any more pics of the turbo? At $950 it looks to be a really nice upgrade from my vs racing 88 I have now

Yup, glide is boring but works great, unless maybe you have some unusually heavy vehicle but even at 4000lbs they haul just fine.

A 400 case is stronger & planetary are stronger, we been 4.29@167 with a stock case 400, glides like to break case and planetary’s around 5.0-4.90’s in a 1/8, not all but more common then not, the best advantage of a Th400 is rpm drop, on the 2-3, when you do a second gear leave you have a 1.48 first that drops to a 1.0 instead of a 1.80 or 1.76-1.0, it’s keeps everything in the power and is less likely to unsettle a car on the shifts,

True, I had an ATI case 1.64 glide, similar idea and plenty strong. Pretty sure anyone going that fast would want an SFI case as I've seen stock case 400's blowup even in 5 sec cars. A little money up front beats sewing your leg back on, if your lucky.

Been wanting to see how these perform for awhile! I don't understand why the GT55 clones from ON3 aren't used more... assuming they perform. I know john (LJMS) bad mouthed a few a LONG time ago. They tended to shell out in short order. then when on3 was confronted they said the reason for the multiple failures was due to not having a -6 oil feed. Seems like the best thing out there on paper for guys wanting the next step from the cheap S400 frame stuff.

Good luck! let us know how it works!

Love the way they push their stuff right to the hairy edge. Miss the stick shift Mustang.

Mavn you building this engine in the living room too? Love this car and it's continued evolution!

I assembled this 6.0 with spare parts cesar had on his shelf in the back . Compression is all over the place and probably ring gap. 🤣 3/8 impact ftw!
